NEET SS 2025: Check out prior entry qualification for MCh, DrNB in Urology
New Delhi: For the NEET SS 2025 aspirants seeking admission to MCh or DrNB in Urology, MS/DNB General Surgery has been designated as the feeder qualification.
DrNB/MCh Urology or Doctorate of National Board in Urology/Master of Chirurgiae in Urology are super-speciality level courses for doctors in India that is done by them after completion of their postgraduate medical degree course. The SS course focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the urinary tract system and the reproductive organs. Organs under the domain of urology include the kidneys, adrenal glands, ureters, urinary bladder, urethra, and the male reproductive organs and it focuses on the study of treatment and management of diseases of the Genito-urinary system.
As per the information bulletin released by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), the feeder qualification for MCh/DrNB Urology is MS/DNB (General Surgery), as defined by the NBE and is subject to changes by the NBE.
The eligibility criteria for MCh/DrNB Urology are defined as the set of rules or minimum prerequisites that aspirants must meet in order to be eligible for admission, which include-

The NEET-SS 2025, scheduled to be held on December 26 and 27, 2025, serves as the gateway for admission to DM, MCh, and DrNB Super Speciality courses in medical institutions across India. On this, the online submission of the application form is ongoing, which will close on 25 November 2025. Following this, the Edit Window will be open from 28 to 30 November 2025.
