NTA publishes NEET UG 2025 Syllabus

New Delhi- The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the finalised National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 exam syllabus recently on its official website. In this regard, NTA has issued a public notice for all the aspiring candidates informing regarding the NEET UG 2025 exam syllabus.

The NTA has been conducting the NEET (UG) since 2019 with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Education, in pursuance of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. As per the notice, the NEET UG 2025 syllabus for Physics, Biology, and Chemistry has been finalized by the Undergraduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB) of the National Medical Commission (NMC).

“To all the stakeholders, especially aspiring candidates, that the syllabus for the NEET UG 2025 has been finalised by the Under Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB), National Medical Commission (NMC)”, the official notice stated.

Therefore, it is clarified through the public notice that the NTA will conduct the NEET (UG) 2025 exam strictly on the basis of the syllabus finalized and notified by the NMC. Meanwhile, in the NEET UG 2025 syllabus, Physics has a total of 20 topics, Chemistry also has a total of 20 topics and Biology has a total of 10 topics.

Medical Dialogues had earlier reported that the NMC has released the finalized syllabus for the National Eligibility-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2025 examination. 

NEET UG is a national-level examination for admission to undergraduate medical courses in all medical colleges in India. This exam is also conducted for admission to dental, ayurveda, veterinary, nursing and life science courses at the UG level.
