OJEE Announces reporting Schedule, instructions For Round 1 MBBS, BDS Admission 2022-23, check out details

Odisha: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) announced the schedule and instructions for provisional admission to MBBS/BDS courses (1st round of counseling).

As per the notice, all the candidates, who have got allotments in the 1st round, are advised to download their allotment letter. Then, they have to personally report at the office of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, on the date and time, as given below, with the allotment letter, all certificates, mark sheets, bond (properly prepared), if allotted in Govt. Medical College and other required documents in original for provisional admission.

Instructions -

1. The allotted candidate should exercise the option for Freeze or Float using a login id.

2. Admission Fees (depending upon the type of allotted College) must be paid either online (using respective login id) or by demand draft. In the case of the draft, it should favor "OJEE" drawn at any scheduled bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The Name and NEET Application number of the candidate are to be mentioned on the back side of the draft, and the draft is to be submitted at the OJEE office at the time of reporting.

3. Physical presence of the candidate is a must for provisional admission, and no authorization will be entertained.

4. The candidates, alone or with only one of their guardians, should come to the OJEE Office on the scheduled date and time to complete the formalities of provisional admission.

5. A separate counter will be available at the OJEE office to help the candidates prepare for the bond on payment of actual charges. Candidates who cannot prepare the bond on their own may avail themselves of this facility if they wish.

6. On depositing prescribed admission fees and submitting the Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, the candidate will receive the Provisional Admission Letter from the OJEE Office and acknowledgment of submitted documents.

7. Candidates are advised not to report at their allotted College at this stage and must wait until the entire counseling and admission process is completed.

8. After the final counseling, OJEE will send the admitted students list along with the concerned Institute's admission fees. The Institutes will, in turn, complete the final admission.

9. If any amount is refunded to the candidates, it will be done only after final admission. A RAfter that, a refund will be processed by OJEE and paid to the candidate as per Government procedure (this condition will arise only for students shifting from Private colleges to government colleges in different rounds).

Fee structure -

Fees to be deposited for Government Medical/Dental Colleges - Rs. 37950 per annum

NB: Additional fees as prescribed by the concerned Govt. Colleges may be collected at an institutional level, varying from institution to institution.

Fees to be deposited for Private Medical/Dental colleges -

MBBS –

1. Rs. 650000 per annum for Hi-Tech MCH Bhubaneswar

2. Rs. 550,000 per annum for Hi-Tech MCH Rourkela

BDS –

1. Rs. 300000 per annum for Hi-Tech Dental College, Bhubaneswar.

Candidates note that NRI candidates must pay four times the above fees in private colleges.
