After taking admission in round 1 and having exercised the option of freeze or float, candidates are not required to and thus shall not be given the option to make any additional choice filling for round 2. The round 1 allotment will be retained if the candidate has opted for a freeze as an option.
The candidate who has given float as their option may be upgraded or retained depending on their rank and the availability of seats as per choice. All India candidates who have taken admission in round 1 or 2 of counselling are not eligible to participate in state Counselling.
