OJEE releases Round 2 counselling Schedule, Instructions for Reporting for MBBS, BDS candidates, check out seat matrix

Odisha: Through a recent notice, the OJEE has released the schedule and instructions for provisional admissions to ROund 2 of MBBS and BDS counselling. The revised seat matrix has also been released.

All the candidates, who have got new or upgraded allotments in the 2nd Round, have to personally report at the office of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar as per the schedule mentioned below with all certificates, mark sheets, bond and other required documents in original for provisional admission.

B. INSTRUCTIONS :

. The allotted candidate should exercise the option for Freeze or Float using login id.

• Admission Fees (depending upon the type of allotted College) must be paid either online (using respective login id) or by demand draft. In case of draft, it should be in favour of ~2 -((' drawn at any scheduled bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The Name and NEET Application number of the candidate are to be mentioned on back side of the draft and the draft is to be submitted at OJEE office at the time of reporting.

• Candidates are required to bring all certificates / mark sheets and other required documents in original (with another set of photocopies) during provisional admission.

• On deposit of prescribed admission fees and submission of Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, the candidate will receive Provisional Admission Letter from OJEE Office along with acknowledgement of submitted documents.

• Either the candidate alone or with only one of his / her guardians, should come with the demand draft and all other necessary documents, to the OJEE Office on the scheduled date and time to complete the formalities of provisional admission.

• Candidates are advised not to report at their allotted College at this stage and they must wait till the entire counselling and admission process is completed.

• After final counselling is over, OJEE will send the list of admitted students along with the admission fees to the concerned Institute. The Institutes will, in turn, complete the final admission.

• If any amount is to be refunded to the candidates, it will be done after final admission dates. Refund will be processed by OJEE and paid to the candidate as per Government procedure (this condition will arise only for students shifting from Private colleges to Government College in different rounds).

• Candidates, who have retained their 1st Round allotment (without any upgradation / change with respect to Institute or category), need not come to the OJEE Office, Bhubaneswar.

• In case a candidate, who has got new or upgraded allotment in this 2nd Round, does not follow the above process of physical reporting and provisional admission within the scheduled time, then the allotted seat will be cancelled.

C. FEE STRUCTURE :

1. Fees to be deposited for Government Medical/Dental Colleges :

Rs. 37,950/- per annum

NB: Additional fees as prescribed by concerned Govt. Colleges may be collected at institutional level which may vary from institution to institution.

2. Fees to be deposited for Private Medical/Dental colleges :

MBBS - Rs. 6,50,000/- per annum for Hi-Tech MCH Bhubaneswar,

Rs. 5,50,000/- per annum for Hi-Tech MCH Rourkela

BDS - Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum for Hi-Tech Dental College, Bhubaneswar.

3. NRI candidates have to pay four times of the above fees in private colleges.
