Maharashtra: Through a recent notice, the Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (MAHACET) has released Schedule for Institutional Level Round-II (Personal Counselling) For Post Graduate Ayurveda/Homoeopathy and Unani Courses at Private Unaided/Minority Colleges for Academic Year 2021-22.

Joining of Selected candidates as per Merit List who have applied to the College by PERSONAL COUNSELLING (for Subject Choice) with Original Documents and Requisite Fees to college for admission. Candidate should report to the college from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm (Not Allowed after 01:00 pm).

Counselling will Start at 01:30 pm

Filling of Residual Vacancy from General Merit List published on 21/04/2022 by PERSONAL COUNSELLING (for Subject Choice) with Original Documents and Requisite Fees to college for admission. Candidate should report the college from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. (If seat is remained vacant Interse Round is conducted according to Information Brochure).

After exhaust of General Merit List if any there is Vacant Seats, can be filled from Eligible Candidates who are present with Original Documents and Requisite Fees.

Cut-off Date of Admission for PG AYUSH Courses

  • Eligibility for Institutional Level Round-II (Personal Counselling)

• Candidates who are Registered with State CET Cell and do NOT have Seat in Hand are ELIGIBLE.

 Candidates having JOINED STATUS (including Retention) after Date 13/04/2022 are NOT ELIGIBLE for Institutional Level Round-II (Personal Counselling) and Institutional Quota Seats.

 Candidates having JOINED STATUS in AIQ Round 2 are NOT ELIGIBLE for Institutional Level Round-II (Personal Counselling) and Institutional Quota Seats. 

  • Procedure of Institutional Level Round-II (Personal Counselling)

1) Institute Level Round-II is for State Quota seats of Private Unaided/Minority Colleges for Post Graduate Ayurveda/Homoeopathy and Unani courses for seats remaining vacant after Institute Level Round-I.

2) Candidates must be Registered with STATE CET Cell for STATE Quota or Institutional Level Round to be ELIGIBLE for the Institutional Level Round-II.

3) The list of candidates NOT ELIGIBLE for the Institutional Level Round-II (Personal Counselling) will be published on the website as per schedule above.

4) It will be responsibility of the Institute to Verify and Ascertain eligibility of the candidate as per Respective Central Council Rules before admitting the candidate even if Registered with STATE CET Cell.

5) For Institute Level Round Eligible and interested candidates should approach to the Dean/Principal of the Respective Colleges within prescribed time and submit prescribed application for State Quota IN PERSON OR ANY PERSON. Such type of applications should not be submitted in the State CET Cell in person or email. Such type of applications submitted in State CET Cell will not be considered valid for any Institutional Level Round-II Admission Process.

6) Eligibility for Vacant State Quota (85%) Seats and Institutional Quota (15%) Seats: Please refer Information Brochure of Postgraduate Ayurveda/ Homoeopathy/ Unani Courses.

7) At the time of admission during Institutional Level Round-II a candidate should submit all his Original Documents along with Requisite Fees in the form of DD/Cheque during prescribed time limit.

8) It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit all his Original Documents and Requisite Fees at the time of Admission, if not submitted, admission will be denied by Respective Institute.

9) All the admissions are subject to approval of Admissions Regulating Authority after Cut-off Date. The College should upload the information about admitted candidate in College Feedback Module of State CET Cell.

10) No admissions should be done by the Institute after the Cut-off Date declared by Ministry of AYUSH and AACCC.
