The admission will be considered complete only after the admission receipt is generated. Therefore, candidates are requested to collect a copy of the admission receipt and carefully do the admission process so that there are no chances of error or rejection.

The counselling body has notified that if the candidate is allotted a seat in round 2 of counseling but does not take admission or, after taking admission, cancels the seat, then registration fees will be forfeited. Candidates who have paid the registration fees for private medical colleges don't need to pay the Government medical colleges registration fees.

After the allotment, if the candidates take admission to the institute but continue with postgraduate exams, the registration fees will be refunded to the same account from which the amount is transferred. On the other hand, the registration fees will be forfeited if the candidates in round 2 do not take admission after the allotment.

For further counselling and other details, candidates are requested to keep checking www.cgdme.co.in, and for refunds, candidates can mail on cgdmeugrefund@gmail.com.

The Chhattisgarh Directorate of Medical Education conducts the NEET PG Counselling. The committee lookout all the counselling procedures and the schedules which need to be finalized and published. So any institute or individual claiming admission for PG Medical courses is false. Candidates are requested not to take admission through any college or individual.
