Round 2 Choice Filling Begins For Gujarat NEET PG, NEET MDS Counselling, 2156 Seats Available

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) began the 2nd round of counseling choice filling for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission. The seat matrix, non-reported list, and canceled list have also been released.

The candidates can fill in the choices till 20th October 2022. Choices filled by the candidates will be displayed till 20th October 2022 at midnight. The date of online Payment or Payment of tuition fees at the designated branch of Axis Bank and reporting to the help center will be declared later.

Eligibility -

The candidates (who have not been allotted any seat OR allotted seat but not confirmed OR confirmed their admission OR canceled their admission during the previous round of admission) can participate in 2nd round, i.e., all the candidates who are included in the Merit-list of ACPPGMEC can participate in 2nd round of ACPPGMEC except the candidates, who have secured admission in 50% AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities/AFMS (MD/ MS/ Diploma) seats or PG DNB seats or seats of other state counseling.

Important facts –

1. In the 2nd Round, admission will be given on Newly added seats, Non-Reported Seats of the First Round & Cancelled Seats after the first round, and subsequent vacant SeatsAllotmentllotment on the above seats.

2. It is not compulsory to cancel the first-round admission to participate in the second round.

3. The candidates who want to participate in the second and subsequent rounds must give online consent for participation in the 2nd round; otherwise,e the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process. To participate in the 2nd round, the candidates must log in to the website www.medadmgujarat.org using their user IDD and Password to give online consent for participation.

4. The list of candidates, who required reporting during the 2nd Round, will be uploaded on the website at the time of the declaration of results of the 2nd Round of ACPPGMEC.

5. The seats available for admissions in the 1st round, according to the student's merit, will not be available in the second round or any subsequent rounds. Please see the website's Last Rank of Results of 1st Roundon: www.medadmgujarat.org.

6. The candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of the 1st round.

7. If the candidate's admission is upgraded to a new seat, they have to take print of the allotment order of the 2nd Round and report to the same help center at which they have reported in the previous round to get their new admission order. If they don't report to the help center within the stipulated time, their new admissioncanceledlled. Hence in this scenario, they do not have admission to any seat.

8. Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Submission at Help Center. Candidates can select the Date and time for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.

9. If the candidates, who have confirmed admission to the 1st round and have given consent to participate in the 2nd round, have been allotted any new different seat (upgradation of admission), the admission of the 1st round will get automatically canceled.

10. If the candidates, who have confirmed admission to 1st round and have given consent to participate in 2nd round, have not been allotted any new different seat, the admission to the 1st round will be continued.

11. The candidate who has participated or not participated in 2nd Round, the admission of 1st round can also be upgraded to the same college and the same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat) or change of quota (State Quota (GQ) to Institutional Quota (UQ)), there is no need to report the help center for confirmation of admission.

12. According to Rule No. 12 (viii) (Merit Closure Rule) of PG Admission Rules-2018, in 2nd round, the candidates will not be offered admission to the seats available according to their merit in the allotment process of 1st Round.

13. Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online Payment OR by Cash OR by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC.

14. For The candidate who has been allotted a seat for the first time, the Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online Payment OR by Cash OR by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC.

The candidatesAllotmentllotment has not been upgraded -

1. The candidates, who have confirmed their admission to 1st Round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, anAllotmentllotment have not been upgraded (no change in the admitted subject; and no change in admitted college) in the second round, need not report to the help center.

2. The candidate, who has participated or not participated in 2nd Round, the admission of 1st round can also be upgraded to the same college and the same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat) or change of quota (State Quota (GQ) to Institutional Quota (UQ)), there is no need to report the help center for confirmation of admission.

The candidatesAllotmentllotment has been upgraded -

1. The candidateAllotmentllotment has been upgraded (change in admitted subject and change in admitted college) in the second round; you have to report to the help center for confirmation of admission to the second round.

NRI candidates –

Candidates have to confirm their admission by reporting to Help Center. Candidates must collect the tuition fees paid at admitted college in 1st Round. Then, the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other currency at the admitted institute in 2nd round on or before 5th November 2022. ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 10.00 lakh after completing the admission process.

The candidates, who have confirmed their admission to 1st Round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, anAllotmentllotment have been upgraded in the second round, have to submit the following documents –

2. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC of 2nd Round.

3. Original Admission Order of ACPPGMEC of 1st Round.

4. Photocopy of Receipt of Payment of tuition fees / token amount for 1st Round of ACPPGMEC.

5. Original Receipt of Payment of the Difference of Tuition Fee, if applicable.

Guidelines for choice filling –

1. Choice can be based on the the following criteria - Specific Branch, Specific Institute/Place, Government or SFI, and Choice based on fees.

2. In the choice filling of 2nd round, Choices available for canAllotmentllotment of seats will be carried out as per the Closure of the first round.

3. If a candidate cannot secure the allotted seat for whatsoever reasons, such a candidate shall not be eligible to get admission in the same subject in the same institute in the successive rounds of counseling.

4. Available Choice: see all available choices.

5. Fill choice: to start the choice-filling process.

6. Print-filled choice: after locking the choices, your printout of the choices can be taken.

7. The choices can be filtered according to branch, subject, institute type, seat type, and institute.

8. an Unlimited number of choices can be added.

9. Choices can be moved or deleted according to preference.

10. Choices can be arranged by serial number.

11. Choices can be added from the left side to the right side. Blue: Govt. Institute / Green: SFI institute, GQ: Government Quota/ MQ: Management Quota/ NQ: NRI quota.

12. After saving and exiting the choices page, choices can be reviewed.

13. Click on modify choices to modify choices.

14. After typing 14-digit PIN no., choices can be locked.

15. Printout of lock choices is mandatory. Therefore, whenever any query arises, the committee will only consider print-out of the locked choices.

16. Choices can again be Un-Lock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices.

17. If the candidates fail to lock choices, they will be automatically locked on the last day.

The documents to be submitted –

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.

2. Tuition Fees Receipt: (A) For SFI Medi-cal OR Dental Colleges: Tuition fees receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) tuition fees. (B) For Govt. Medical Colleges: Rs.1,14,000 (fees + deposit) for Degree courses OR Rs.1,04,000 (fees + deposit) for Diploma courses. (C) For Govt. Dental Colleges: Rs. 85,800 (fees + deposit) for Degree courses through online/ offline mode at Designated branches of Axis Bank.

3. All-year MBBS/BDS mark sheets.

4. 12 months internship completion certificate (Must be completed on or before Dt.31/07/2022).

5. Copy of NEET-PG-2022 Marksheet.

6. Document showing Place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate) 1. Provisional Registration of State Medical/Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/ Permanent Registration of State Medical/Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of old pass-out candidates).

7. For SEBC, SC and ST Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

8. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha' 4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 01/04/2020.

9. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2020.

10. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign.

11. 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat).

12. Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & whose only birthplace place is outside Gujarat).

13. Photo Copy of the Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority (For PwD Candidates).
