TN Health invites applications for Post-doctoral fellowship programme in Gynaec-Oncology 2021
Chennai: The Selection Committee from the Directorate of Medical Education, Kilpauk (TN Health) has issued a notice for the benefit of the candidates seeking admission to the post-doctoral fellowship programme in Gynaec-Oncology for the year 2021-22.
The notice, dated September 23rd, 2021, invited candidates to apply for the Gynaec-Oncology post-doctoral fellowship programme and further specified the eligibility criteria for the same, and was signed by the Additional Director of Medical Education, Dr. P. Vasanthamani.
As per the notice, the eligibility criteria for the course will be an MD(O&G)/MS(O&G) degree or a DNB(O&G) from any recognized University with that is registered with the State Medical council.
The notice also specified that admission to the post-doctoral fellowship programme will be based on the marks obtained in NEET SS 2021 for the Speciality M.Ch.(Gynaec-Oncology) conducted by National Board of Examination. Therefore, it is mandatory for aspiring candidates to appear for the NEET SS 2021 for the Speciality M.Ch.(Gynaec-Oncology).
The Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Government Hospital for Women and Children, Egmore, Chennai received the green signal for starting the two-year post-doctoral fellowship course in Gynaec-Oncology on 14th March 2017. The next batch will be the fifth batch of candidates to enrol for the programme.

Application form for NEET SS 2021 can be submitted only online at https://nbe.edu.in from 14th September (3 PM onwards) to 4th October 2021 (till 11:55 PM).
