TN Health Releases Round 1 Counselling Schedule For MSc Radiography and Imaging Technology course, details

Tamil Nadu: Tamil Nadu Health (TN Health) has released the tentative online counselling round 1 schedule for MSc Radiography and Imaging Technology for the academic year 2023 – 2024.

The candidates can carry out the registration process till 27-10-2023 up to 03.00 PM (Rank GR 001 TO GR 26). The final result of round 1 allotment will be declared on 28-10-2023. The provisional allotment order can be downloaded from 28-10-2023 to 31-10-2023. The reporting process can be carried out on or before 31-10-2023 up to 05.00 PM.

All candidates participating in online counselling for the MSc Radiography & Imaging Technology Course will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500/- online as a processing fee should be remitted by using a Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card. Admission shall be made by online counselling on the basis of rank by applying the rule of reservation.

All registered candidates should do choice locking as per their preference. The option, once given during the online counselling, cannot be changed later. Request for a change of Branch / College from one to another is not permitted after an option has been exercised at the time of admission.

Candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of reporting to the concerned College that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

The candidates who are selected at the time of online counselling shall pay Rs.5000/- online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking at the time of downloading the allotment order. This fee is not refundable.

The candidates should produce the following original certificates in person at the time of joining in their selected Colleges along with the scanned copy of original certificates to the concerned Colleges –

1. Original BSc (Radiography & Imaging Technology) Degree certificate or provisional certificate from the concerned university to which the college is affiliated.

2. First Year to Final year BSc (Radiography & Imaging Technology) Mark sheets issued by the competent authorities.

3. Community Certificate, if applicable.

4. Nativity Certificate, if applicable.

5. Evidence for date of birth (H.Sc / S.S.L.C. / Transfer Certificate).

6. Eligibility Certificate issued by the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University for candidates who graduated through other universities.

If the candidates do not report to the Head of the Institution to which they are allotted on or before the time and date specified, their selection and/or admission will be cancelled without any further notice.

Seats vacant –

A total of 20 seats are vacant for round 1 of the counselling process.
