Candidates participating in the online counselling for MBBS/BDS degree courses will have to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000/- through online as a processing fee. The fee can be paid through debit card/credit card/net banking. The choice filling should be done carefully. The online counselling and seat matrix process will be published on the website.

Candidates absent at the scheduled time and date of online counselling will not be considered for admission. Candidates who give a valid reason for absence, the selection committee can allow the candidate to attend the online counselling. The permitted candidates can only claim the course and college available at the time of online counselling when they attend. The choices, once locked, cannot be changed.

When joining the selected college, DME has requested the candidates to produce their original documents in person along with the scanned copy of original certificates. If the candidates don't report to the head of the allotted college on or before the time and date specified, their selection and/or admission will be cancelled without any further notice.

The candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned college that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
