UP DGME Releases Time Schedule For Extended Mop-Up Round For NEET PG Admission

Uttar Pradesh: The Directorate General of Medical Education (UP DGME) released the schedule for the extended mop-up round for NEET PG admission.

Detailed schedule –

Date of Allotment for Government Medical College/Institution/Universities (DNB/MDS)

01th December 2022 (From 02:00 pm)

Date of Allotment for Government Medical College/Institution/Universities (MD/MS/DIPLOMA)

01th December 2022 (From 04:00 pm)

Date of Allotment for Private Medical /Dental College (MD/MS/MDS)

02nd December 2022 (From 11:00 am)

Date of Admission

The admission process will be completed on the spot on the allotment day.

An Extended Mop-Up round will be conducted at Kalam Center, KGMU, Lucknow. The candidate will have to report on 1.12.2022 at 1:00 pm and 2.12.2022 at 10:00 am. Candidates will have to appear personally in the Extended Mop-Up round counseling.

No separate registration will be done for the Extended Mop-Up round. Candidates registered in the Mop-Up round will be eligible for the extended Mop-Up round. Only those candidates who have not been allotted seats in the first, second & mop-up rounds of UP NEET PG 2022 counseling are eligible for the extended mop-up round.

Non-eligibility -

1. Candidates allotted/admitted/resigned through first, second & mop-up round of UP NEET PG 2022 counseling, will not be eligible for extended mop-up round.

2. Candidates admitted in any Medical/ Dental college of India through AIQ or other State counseling through NEET PG 2022 are not eligible for extended mop-up round.

Admission process will be completed on spot after allotment. Candidates allotted in Private Medical Colleges will have to submit CTS Demand Draft of Rs. 20.00 Lacs for clinical seats, Rs. 5.00 Lacs for pathology seats & Rs. 2.00 Lacs for private dental colleges at the time of admission. It is essential to submit CTS Demand Draft in favor of "Director General Medical Education & Training, U.P." payable at Lucknow at the time of admission.

Disability certificate will be valid only on the format issued by the centers prescribed by the Government of India.

Candidates allotted for DNB course through Mop-Up round, will not be considered for MD/MS/DIPLOMA courses through Extended Mop-Up round. At the time of admission process of Extended Mop-Up round, it is mandatory for the candidate to submit all the educational, caste certificate and other necessary documents in original, otherwise allotment/admission will not be considered.

Extended Mop-Up round will continue till availability of vacant seats. The candidates note that it is mandatory to deposit the difference of tuition fee of Private Medica and Dental colleges on spot.
