The college authorities must keep attendance as per the rank of the eligible reported candidate with original documents and fees. The allotment cum admission shall start from noon and continue till 4 pm as per server time on 2-12-2022, after which any seat conversion if required due to the non-availability of the eligible, willing candidate, shall take place till 6 pm as per server time.

The seat conversion shall be allowed from ST to SC and vice versa (one iteration) and also OBCA to OBCB and vice versa (one iteration), and also EWS to UR similarly (one iteration) among intra groups of open and service candidates (as applicable).

WBMCC has further notified that, in the end, conversion of open to service and vice versa (one iteration) shall be allowed if the eligible, willing candidate is unavailable.

The counseling shall be conducted first for UR seats, then caste seats, and then for MO seats as per available vacancy. For UR seats (separate for open or service group), all candidates as per combined rank are allowed to participate provided they have obtained the cutoff of UR in NEET PG 2022 or NEET MDS 2022, as the case may be.

If NRI seats are vacant, the counseling can be done in parallel as the candidate profile is separate. If there is no such candidate, college authorities can convert the seat to Management quota after 4 pm 2-12-2022 for allotment.
