BJ Medical College, others revert to online classes after 4 MBBS students test COVID positive

Ahemdabad: In order to ensure the safety of medical students against Covid-19, BJ Medical College has decided to conduct online classes instead of on-campus classes for 1st-year MBBS students.
The decision came after four first-year MBBS students of the college were tested positive for covid-19. Some of the other medical colleges of the state also decided to follow BJ Medical College's decision to call off on-campus classes and hold online classes instead.
As per a recent media report by Times of India, the other medical colleges in Ahemdabad that decided to close down their on-campus classes include NHL Municipal Medical College, LG Medical College, and AMC Dental College. Besides, the medical college in Saurashtra has also decided to call off the on-campus classes for its medicos.
