GMCH Chandigarh issues notice for candidates selected in MBBS course via All India Quota, Details

Chandigarh: Through a recent notice, the renowned Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh (GMCH Chandigarh) has released important documentation details for candidates selected in MBBS course through All India Quota.

Those candidates who are selected through All India Quota in MBBS Course for the academic session 2020-21 through All India Quota are requested to report to Academic Branch (UG), Block-D, Level-I, GMCH-32, Chandigarh on any working day i.e. Monday to Friday from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

The candidates must bring with them all the requisite original certificates/ documents, as per detail given below:-

I. Provisional Allotment Letter.
II. NEET (UG)-2020 Result card as applicable.
III. NEET (UG)-2020 Admit card as applicable.
IV. Matriculation certificate showing the date of birth or birth certificate issued by Govt. Authority.
V. Passing certificate of 10+1 or other qualifying examination.
VI. Detailed marks sheet of 10+2 or other qualifying examination.
VII. Character certificate
VIII. Reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) certificate as applicable.
IX. Person with Disability (PwD) certificate as applicable.
X. Migration Certificate
Xl. Proof of Identity (Aadhaar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport).
The candidate should bring separate set of self attested photocopies of above said certificates/ documents along with two passport size photographs. The Annual Fee of MBBS Course is Rs. 24,979/- (for General Category) and Rs. 19,879/- (for SC/ST Category). The mode of payment will be Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Demand Draft in favour of Director Principal (Academics), GMCH-32, Chandigarh.
