JIPMER to celebrate 10th International Yoga Day on June 21st, To hold Free Yoga Training Camp from tomorrow, check all details here
Puducherry- The country is going to celebrate the 10th International Yoga Day on the 21st of June. On this, the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has decided to conduct certain programs as a part of the celebration of the 10th International Yoga Day (IYD) on 21st June.
In this regard, JIPMER has released an advertisement detailing the program from registration to e-certificates.
As per the advertisement, two events will be organised on International Yoga Day, namely Free Yoga Training Camp and Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) Practice.
The free yoga training camp will be conducted from 01 to 20 June 2024 from 09:30 am to 10:30 am at Yoga Hall, ACYTER, Dept. of Physiology, JIPMER.
Meanwhile, the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) practice will be held on International Yoga Day itself i.e. Friday 21st June 2024 from 07:00 am to 08:00 am at Community Hall, JIPMER. The syllabus for this program is the CYP assigned by the Ministry of AYUSH, Regarding this, three video links, therefore participants are requested to watch the videos for the CYP reference.
Those people who are interested in participating in this program, they have to register themselves, the registration link is mentioned in the advertisement, however, there is no registration fee.
At the conclusion of the program, e-certificates will also be awarded to all the participants.
The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) is a medical school located in Pondicherry. It is an institute of national importance (INI) and a tertiary care referral hospital. It is under the direct administrative control of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Indian Government, with autonomy to run its internal administration. The courses include undergraduate, postgraduate, super speciality, fellowships, PhD programs, post-basic diplomas, and certified courses.
