Dr NTR University of Health Sciences postpones BPT, BSc Paramedical exams December 2021

Vijaywada: Through a recent notification, the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has notified about the Postponement of BPT & 2nd Year BSc (Paramedical) Examinations scheduled to be held in December 2021.

It is hereby informed that BPT & 2nd year B.Sc., (Paramedical) Courses examinations Dec 2021 to be held from 09.12.2021 are postponed due to agitation by Dr NTR UHS employees, said the notice.

The University is the brain child of Padmashree Dr. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao a legendary figure and Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. It was inaugurated in 1986. The first chancellor of the university was none other than Late Dr. N.T.Ramarao Presently, the Hon'ble Governor of Andhra Pradesh is the Chancellor.

It is a state university established with act No .6 of Andhra Pradesh Legislative assembly in 1986 .

The University is offering various UG, PG, Super Speciality, Ph.D & PDF Courses in Modern Medicine, Dental Surgery, Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Nursing, Physiotherapy and Para Medical Graduate Courses in its affiliated colleges. The total number of colleges affiliated to the University have gone up from 27 at the time of inception to 271 as on date.
