View the in-detail process for Admision into Under Graduate Medical and Dental Courses for Management Quota Seats in Un-Aided Private Non-Minority Medical & Dental Colleges Including Army Dental College and Un-Aided Minority Medical Colleges in the State of Telanagana for the Year 2020-21

Note: 1. No further Notification will be issued by the University unless there is any change in the schedule. All further notifications will be displayed on KNRUHS website. No Individual intimations will be sent. Candidates are advised to refer to KNR University website from time to time for updates.

2. All the above dates are tentative and the University reserves the right to change them without assigning any reason or advance notice.

Eligibility:

i. Candidates from all over the country are eligible for admission into Management quota seats Category -B and C (NRI) for UG Medical and Dental Courses as per National Medical Commission / Dental Council of India / KNR University of Health Sciences.

ii) The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalentexamination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/ Biotechnology and English.

a) OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in sciencesubjects.

b) BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects.

iii) Candidates should have qualified at NEET UG – 2020

iv) The candidates should secure the following cut-off scores in NEET UG-2020 conducted by CBSE, New Delhi for the year 2020-21.

For MBBS Course

v) Lower percentage / percentile of marks for SC/ST/BC/PWD is only for eligibility purpose and will not be applicable for reservation as there are no reservation under Management Quota.

viii) Foreign Students / NRI candidates are eligible for admission into MBBS and BDS Courses under Management Quota Category – C Seats. Candidates should specifically put the option for NRI Category in the online application to be considered for NRI / C-Category.

ix) *Candidates who have already applied for Convener Quota Seats in response to this University earlier notification are also eligible to apply for the management quota seats, but they have to apply afresh.

x) Candidates possessing qualification of the University / Board of an institution outside the Telangana State should submit Eligibility / Equivalence certificate from the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana, to the effect that the qualification possessed is equivalent to or higher than Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana at the time of admission into the college.

xi) Candidates possessing qualification of the University / Board of an institution outside INDIA should submit Eligibility / Equivalence certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi and Eligibility/ Equivalence certificate issued from the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana to the effect that the qualification possessed is equivalent to or higher than Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana at the time of admission into the college.

NRI Quota eligibility :

i)Admission to NRI seats will be made on the basis of NEET- 2020 merit ranks of eligible candidates who have applied on-line for NRI seats.

ii) NRI Financially supporting the candidate must be a blood relative such as Father/ Mother/ Brother/Sister/ Uncle/ Aunt only and should submit a declaration to that effect.

iii) Candidate opting for NRI seat must furnish the photocopies of following supporting documents.

1 NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by embassy of respective country under their seal.

2) Copy of NRI Bank account pass book of the financial supporter.

3) Copy of Pass port of NRI financial supporter.

Note:

 a) If, enough number of NRI candidates are not available, the left over seats of NRI Category may be filled-up with other candidates of management quota merit list during the final phase of counseling and the same fee of NRI category is applicable.

b) If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the University.

ii. The registration fee and processing fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for determining merit.

iii. Candidate should clearly specify in the on-line application whether he is opting for B-Category or C- Category or both B & C Categories of Management Quota.

iv. The Original Certificates submitted by the candidates or who withdraws from the Course, before the last date of free exit as notified by the university will be returned without penalty.

v. Vacant seats after each round of counseling will be filled up in subsequent rounds of counseling. The date and time of Counseling will be notified by the Committee for Admissions on KNRUHS website.

Online applications:

a)The on-line application form for determining merit position in respective categories for Management Quota seats using NEET UG – 2020 scores will be available on the website https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/from 8.00 AM on 01-12-2020 to 5.00 PM PM on 07-12-2020.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus / Instructions to fill the application from the website http://www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in or https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/before proceeding to fill the application form.

b)The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website and upload all necessary certificates with the data required for through Computer / Mobile with data connection. The online application form can be filled through any computer with Internet connection or mobile with data connection. The candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going through the Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates, scanned Photo and Signature in the jpg/.gif format separately (as shown below) (step-1) and ready to enter his/her correct data and upload the certificates, photo and signature after the payment of application fee through Online.

Registration and Processing fee is Rs. 6300/- (Rupees Six Thousand Three hundreds only) Bank transaction charges extra.

Procedure of filling online application and procedure for online payment:

(a) Latest passport size photo.

(b) Admit card and Score Card – NEET – UG 2020.

(c) Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC orits equivalent certificate).

(d) Aadhar Card

(e) Original Study Certificate(s)

(f) Latest Category certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued by Competent Authority ( if applicable for NEET Cut-off score eligibility under category) .

(g) Category/ Muslim Minority Certificate issue by Competent Authority of Government if applicable.

(h) Equivalency Certificate from Board of intermediate education government of Telangana (If Passed qualifying exam other than AP/TS/CBSC/ICSE ).

(i) The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.

(j) The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable and not adjusted to a future date under any circumstances

(k) candidates claiming B & C (NRI) quota seats Should submit the following documents from a Blood relative such as Father/Mother/ Brother/Sister/ Uncle/Aunt only and should submit a declaration to that effect.

1. NRI Sponsorship certificate (DECLARTION Form)

2. NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by embassy of respective country under their seal.

3. Copy of NRI Bank account pass book of the financial supporter.

4.Copy of Passport of NRI financial supporter

Management Quota- PROCEDURE TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION 

CERTIFICATES REQUIRED BEFORE FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM

ON-LINE

The following Certificates are required to complete the application process. The Original certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. Application fee has to be paid through online.

List of Documents

1. There are 4 steps to Register for UG admission program i.e Mobile and Email Registration, Payment of fee, updating of data and uploading of Certificates. Open the website https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in Home page displayed as follows.

2. Monitor Resolution to be set to maximum, Best viewed in 1920 X1080 pixels.

3. Click on the Mobile and Email Registration. The candidate should have a valid /working Mobile and Email Id. OTP will be sent to registered Mobile and Email Id at different stages. The candidate should keep the Mobile and Email Id active till completions of the counselling process. The candidate has to enter OTP's received to mobile and Email Id for registration and Verification of Mobile and Email Id.

4. After entering the details click on validate button.

5. If all the details entered are correct and verified with OTP's your system will display a successful message and proceed to registration form

6. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details.

7. After entering the details click on validate button It will take you to the Payment Gate way for payment of fee.

8. If all the details entered are correct your system will display payment reference number Button to proceed for payment. Fee once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions mentioned in the Prospectus yourself and pay the fee.

9. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway, Click OK

11. After payment you will receive a Successful Payment message on the screen and you will receive the Registration number to your mobile. Please note down the registration number for further correspondence

12. For updating the details of the candidate enter Roll Number and the Registration number and click on validate button to enter into the Application form.

13. The application form will be displayed as shown below. You have to fill the details and upload Passport Size Photo and Signature(Note: Scanned photo and Signature should be less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format)

14. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered are correct using Data Updation link on the Home page. Then click on Upload Certificates Button to proceed for document attachments.

15. After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Save and Print, You will get your filled in application form, take printout of this form for further assistance. If you click on Print Application button you will get earlier saved data.

16. Sample of Filled in Application.

• Do not use mobiles, tabs & Ipads. Use Desk tops Computers or Laptops with Internet Explorer.
• Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action. Avoid using slow internet facility.
• Keep your mobile with you while applying and do not block SMS.

Fee Structure:

i)University Fee: Allotted candidates have to pay non – refundable University fee through payment gate way for downloading the allotment order, as given below.

ii) Tuition fee: Will be as notified by the Government of Telangana

Note –1: The candidates selected against Management Quota Category-B & C (NRI Quota) Seats shall pay the tuition fee notified for management Quota seat on the day of reporting in the form of Demand Draft in the name of the Principal of the respective college on the day of admission to the college. If the candidate fails to pay the tuition fee within the time of joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically.

The selected candidates shall submit bank guarantee for next succeeding year.
