MUHS To Hold Additional Mini Convocation On 4th July, Check out details

Maharashtra: The Honorable Vice-Chancellor of the University has approved holding the additional mini convocation in absentia, announced Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS). The convocation will be held on 4th July 2022.

In the convocation, a degree/diploma will be conferred to the eligible PhD candidates, PG and Diploma courses students, and UG courses students who would be completing their internship training after convocation till the previous day (3rd July 2022) of the additional mini convocation. The degree/diploma certificates will be issued to the students in absentia only and will be sent to their respective colleges.

The eligible students need to download the application form from the university website www.muhs.ac.in. The complete application will only be accepted and should reach the controller of the examination on or before 2nd July 2022. Those who fail to submit the application form on time will have to pay late fee charges.

The following students will be eligible for the convocation -

1. All Post Graduate and Diploma courses students passed in Winter- 2021 session examinations as well as PhD students who have been declared eligible for award of Ph.D. degree up to 3rd July 2022.

2. All Under Graduate courses students (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS, BASLP) in Winter-2020 session exams and completed/ completing one-year internship training up to 3rd July 2022.

3. All Under Graduate courses students (OT, PT, and BPO) passed in Summer-2021 session examinations and completed/completed six months of internship training up to 3rd July 2022.

4. Under Graduate Nursing courses, M Phil in Psychiatric Social Work students passed Winter -2021 session examinations.

5. All Fellowship and certificate courses passed earlier.

The Maharashtra University of Health Science is a higher education institution in Nashik, Maharashtra. The university was established on 3 June 1998 by the Government of Maharashtra through an ordinance. All colleges and institutions imparting education in health science in the state of Maharashtra have been affiliated with this new university under Section 6(3) of the Act.
