Summer Internship Programme 2024: MUHS Releases Provisional Merit List, Check Details
Maharashtra- Through a recent notice, the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has released the provisional merit list of candidates for the “Summer Internship Programme” (SIP) for the academic year 2024.
As per the provisional merit list of eligible applicants, a total of 1578 candidates have been considered eligible for SIP 2024. The list contains the application number, name of candidates, DOB, X%, XII, SOP marks, total marks and merit number.
However, these lists are provisional and are likely to be changed, as per objections/queries received by the University from the applicants /concerns. Thus all the concerned are hereby directed to check the details from the said MERIT list.
MERIT GENERATION CRITERIA
1 The merit list shall be prepared on the basis of marks or scores secured by the candidate as per marking criteria of 13 Marks (Marks obtained out of 03 Marks Statement of purpose + Marks obtained out of 10 marks assigned to 12th / HSC percentage ≤ 13 Marks). The seats will be allotted to Candidates as per Inter-Se-Merit.
2 Wherever, there is a tie, Marks obtained by the applicant in the 12th/HSC marks will be considered and shall be given preference in the merit list.
3 Further, if still the tie persists, then Marks obtained by the applicant in the 10th/SSC marks will be considered and shall be given preference in the merit list.
4 Further, if still the tie persists, then the Candidate(s) with a higher age shall be given preference in the merit list).
Additionally, it is also informed to all concerned that, in light of the request received from some of the SIP Centers, the Intake of the Capacity/eligibility Criteria of the "Summer Internship Program" (SIP) at some Training Centers has been revised. Accordingly, the University has updated the same.

Meanwhile, as per the updated list of SIP centres with Intake capacity for SIP 2024, the admission capacity/eligibility criteria of SIP have been revised in a total of 73 training centres.

Meanwhile, it is to be noted that, no written communication will be made by the University to the applicant/candidates or to any SIP Centre. Therefore, for any updates and information, it will be the duty of the concerned applicant/nominated SIP Center to visit the University website/online login desk and check the updates/details regularly. All concerned applicants should note the same and take necessary action from their end.
