MUHS Releases List Of BDS Students For Internship Transfer Winter Examination 2022

Maharashtra: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has released the lists of BDS students granted/not granted permission for internship transfer for winter examinations 2022.

The list includes the Name of the Applicant, Relieving College, Receiving College, and Transfer Granted/Not Granted. 32 candidates are there on the list. To view the list, click on the link below –

Per the notice, the Dean/Principal is requested to consider this list a valid University Document. This list will be treated as NOC for Internship Transfer.

The Dean/Principal of the receiving College will be responsible for conducting a one-year Rotatory Internship Training Programme for the student. The concerned student shall obtain the required "No Objection Certificate" from the concerned authority, i.e., the Director of Medical Education of the respective State Government, as mentioned in the Dental Council of India, New Delhi, Letter No. DE-1/Misc-I11/2018/10041 dated 01/03/2019 (For other universities).

The students desirous of transferring to another College for their Internship Training Programme were asked to apply to the University in the prescribed form, along with necessary documents & fees, before the cutoff date. The last date to apply for internship transfer was 9.2.2023.

The University has framed the rules governing internship transfer from one affiliated College to another affiliated college. The internship transfer is allowed for BDS, BAMS, and BUMS courses. For internship transfer rules and application form, refer to Academic Notification No. 06/2012 (Amended), available on the University website (i.e., http://muhs.ac.in).

Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) is a higher education institution in Nashik, Maharashtra. The University was established on June 3, 1998, by the Government of Maharashtra through an ordinance. The State Legislature passed the ordinance, and the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences was declared open by the governor of Maharashtra on June 10, 1998. All colleges and institutions in health science education in Maharashtra have been affiliated with this new University under Section 6(3) of the Act.

The University was established to ensure proper and systematic instruction, teaching, training, and research in modern medicine and Indian systems of medicine. MUHS offers undergraduate and postgraduate studies, including PhD in all branches of health sciences.
