At the same time, the results of four candidates have been kept “WITHHELD” and the reasons for withholding results are being communicated through email to concerned candidates.

The notice also informed that each and every question asked in the question paper of FMGE December 2025 was reviewed by faculty members from the concerned speciality area after the conduct of FMGE December 2025 to re-check for technical correctness of the questions as well as answer keys. One question has been found to be technically incorrect and marks have been given to all candidates who have appeared in the examination. One of the questions has two correct answers and marks have been given to those candidates who have chosen either of the correct answers.

Meanwhile, the individual scorecard of the candidates who appeared in FMGE December 2025 can be downloaded from the NBEMS official website on/after 6th February 2026. Scorecard shall be available for download only for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. Requests to provide score cards after expiry of this window shall be summarily rejected as score cards will not be hosted on NBEMS website any further beyond the window of 6 months from the date of issuance. Candidates are, accordingly, advised to preserve the score card for any future reference.

The score card of FMGE December 2025 issued by NBEMS at its website cannot be presented before a State Medical Council for the purpose of seeking registration in lieu of the FMGE Pass certificate that is issued by NBEMS after “in-person” credential & identity verification.

Additionally, the candidates declared qualified in FMGE December 2025 are hereby apprised that FMGE Pass Certificates shall be distributed “In-Person” after identity and credential verification, the schedule for which shall be notified separately on the NBEMS website. The result for FMGE December 2025 declared herewith is subject to “in-person” verification of identity and credentials.

Therefore, all the State Medical Councils (SMCs) are hereby apprised that the digitally signed result in PDF format (Notice Board Copy) published herewith is only for the purpose of notification of result to concerned candidates. All SMCs will be shared with a Digitally Signed Result in MS Excel format directly by NBEMS for the purpose of verification of FMGE Pass Certificates, presented by qualified candidates for seeking registration. All State Medical Councils are required to preserve the digitally signed result for any future verification purposes at their end and requests for verification by NBEMS shall not be entertained.

However, candidature is purely provisional, subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria as mentioned in the FMGE December 2025 Information Bulletin. If ineligibility is detected at any stage of FMGE, the candidature shall be cancelled even if the result has been declared and/or the Pass Certificate has been issued.

Use of unfair means, if detected at any stage of FMGE, shall be attended to as per the NBEMS Unfair Means Guidelines and/or applicable criminal provisions.
