NBE Extends Thesis Submission Deadline for DrNB Super Speciality 2021 Session

New Delhi : Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examination, (NBE) has informed regarding the extension to the last date for submission of thesis by DrNB Super Speciality 2021 admission session trainees.

All the trainees and Accredited Institutions/hospitals are hereby informed that the last date for submission of Thesis for 2021 admission session is extended till 30th November,2024.

As per NBEMS norms, Thesis submission is essential for all DrNB trainees towards the partial fulfillment of eligibility for Doctorate of National Board (DrNB) Degree.

According to per NBEMS Public Notice dated 30.03.2024, candidates of DrNB Super Specialty 2021 admission session, who are desirous to appear in the DrNB Final Theory examination – January 2025 were required to submit their Thesis by 31.10.2024.

Meanwhile, NBEMS received requests both from trainees and Accredited Institutions to extend the last date for submission of Thesis, as several trainees have not been able to complete thesis due to various reasons, the NBE stated in the notice.

Hence, the NBEMS has decided to extend the last date for submission of Thesis for DrNB Super Specialty 2021 admission session candidate till 30th of November, 2024 (11:55 pm).

"All trainees and accredited institutions are informed that, no further extension shall be given, and those trainees who do not submit their Thesis by the 30th of November, 2024 (11:55 pm), shall be rendered ‘ineligible’ to appear in their DrNB Final Theory examination – January 2025. Web portal for thesis submission will be disabled for DrNB Super speciality 2021 till the last date of online application form submission ( DrNB Final Theory examination – January 2025 )," the NBE notice added.
