NBE issues Instructions for uploading Images in online application forms
New Delhi : Through a recent notice, NBE (National Board of Examination) has released Instructions for uploading Images in the online application forms for various NBEMS Examinations.
National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducts various entrance examinations, exit examinations and screening tests for which the application forms are invited online. The applicant candidates are usually required to upload following images in the application forms:
Digital Photograph to be uploaded
Real Time photograph to be captured while filling up the application form, using an in-built camera/webcam of computer system
Scanned signatures of the applicant
Scanned thumb impression of the applicant

All candidates who successfully submit payment of examination fee are given an opportunity through an "Edit Window" to make corrections in their application, if so required, including the images uploaded.
A "Selective Edit Window" is also offered as an additional & final opportunity to all such candidates whose uploaded images are found not in line with the prescribed guidelines.
However, many a times, the candidates fail to submit and/or to rectify the images in their applications despite being given multiple opportunities.
All prospective applicants for NBEMS examinations are hereby advised to go through the Image Upload Instructions carefully. Please be apprised that uploading images in the application form not in accordance with the guidelines prescribed or failure to rectify the images in the edit window/final edit window shall invite rejection of application.
