Delhi: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has informed the candidates who have been declared to pass the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) held on 20th January 2023 about the distribution of screening test December 2022 pass certificates.

As per the notice, the FMGE Pass certificates will be issued in person to the candidates declared qualified in FMGE December 2022 session. The Pass certificates will be issued at the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) office at PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi from 6th March 2023 to 15th April 2023 as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each candidate.

Qualified and eligible candidates must be present at a specified date and time to collect their pass certificates. They will be required to bring the documents in original as prescribed in the Information Bulletin and also listed in the entry slip. Candidates must bring the “Entry Slip” printout to seek entry at the NBEMS office.

To download the entry slip, the candidates must click the link https://natboard.edu.in/parinam/fmge/schedule_search.

The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on producing prescribed documents and verifying identity, including biometrics/Face ID. The Pass Certificates will not be issued to any authorized representative or person other than the candidate under any circumstances.

Candidates who fail to collect their certificates on assigned schedules due to difficulties are informed that they should not turn up for collection on any other day of their choice. Such candidates will have to seek prior approval from NBEMS for a revised collection schedule of the Pass certificate by sending a request to the Communication Web Portal (CWP) of NBEMS.

To avoid crowding, candidates must report to the NBEMS office per the assigned time slot. Candidates not reporting as per time slots on assigned days will have to wait for their turn, depending on the availability of vacant slots. They are advised to make their return journey travel arrangements by the end of the certificate collection day, considering any unforeseen issues in verifying identity and documentation.

NBE has further notified that candidates must strictly observe COVID Appropriate Behavior at the NBEMS office.
