NBE Releases Final Round Allotment Results for FNB centralised merit-based counselling, details
New Delhi- The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the allotment result of the final (mop-up) round of online centralised merit-based counselling for FNB (Fellow National Board) courses for 2023 admission.
As per the result, a total of 12 candidates have been declared eligible for FNB courses for admission in 2023 across India. Out of these, 7 candidates are from Arthroplasty, 1 from Fetal Radiology, 1 from Minimal Access Surgery, 1 from Pediatric Hemato-Oncology and 2 from Spine Surgery speciality.
Meanwhile, the allotment of seats is purely provisional and subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria prescribed and the production of prescribed credentials in original at the time of joining the institute allotted.
In this regard, NBEMS has also released a notice through which it has been informed that all qualified candidates must download the Seat Allotment Letter from the NBEMS website. After downloading the seat allotment letter, the candidate has to report in person at the allotted institute with the original copy of the prescribed documents before 05:00 PM on 13 August 2024 and join the FNB course. The candidate who fails to join the institute allotted or fails to produce his/ her original documents for verification by the institute or fails to fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed during the verification of documents, on or before 13 August 2024 till 05: 00 pm, will lose his/ her admission to the said seat and the course fees paid by the candidate will also be forfeited.
The documents which are needed to be submitted during the admission process for the FNB courses are mentioned below-
DOCUMENTS
1 MBBS degree certificate.
2 Permanent registration certificate (MCI, State Medical Council).
3 Post Graduate Medical Qualification pass, provisional pass certificate (MD, MS, DM, M.Ch., DNB, DrNB).
4 Proof of result declaration for postgraduate qualification (MD, MS, DM, M.Ch., DNB, DrNB) by December 31, 2023.
5 Proof of recognition of postgraduate qualification (MD, MS, DM, M.Ch., DNB, DrNB) under NMC Act 2019.
6 Date of birth proof (matriculation, high school, higher secondary certificate).
7 Institutional confirmation documents (bonafide certificate, mark sheet, attempt certificate).
8 Additional relevant certificates (e.g., NOC, relieving order).
The final (mop-up) round process was started from August 1, 2024, and will continue till August 13, 2024.
