NBE releases revised Schedule for DNB Counseling 2020 to prevent Seat blocking
New Delhi: In order to prevent seat blocking in DNB counselling 2020 sessions, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released a revised schedule for the upcoming and ongoing counselling rounds.
To avoid blocking of DNB seats, the current Adding/Editing/Reordering of filled Options/Choices for the 2nd round of DNB counselling ongoing from 15th -19 June 2020 vide Public Notice dated 03/06/2020 stands NULL & VOID. The candidates will have to fill their preferences as well as lock and confirm manually. That means if a candidate does not lock the seat, the system will accept.
This has been done pursuant to the order issued by the office of ADG-(ME), Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India. In addition, the Physical Reporting of Round 1 and Round 2 candidates of All India 50% Quota Counseling has been extended till 30th June 2020.
The revised schedule for the 2nd Round of the Centralized Online Merit Based counseling for admission to DNB (Post MBBS) and DNB (Post Diploma) courses for 2020 Admission Session is tabulated below. Candidates are required to fill their options/choices of DNB seats once again in accordance with the revised schedule.
