NEET Counselling 2020 Mop Up Round final results OUT, MCC withholds results of JIPMER internal seats
New Delhi: The Final Result for Mop Up Round of MBBS, BDS NEET Counselling 2020 is now available. However, the MCC has not yet declared the result for JIPMER internal seats in compliance with the Madras high court orders.
Candidates are requested to proceed for Reporting of Mop-Up Round to the allotted college after downloading their Allotment Letters. But, before proceeding for Reporting, candidates may confirm about the same from the allotted college since as per schedule the reporting starts from 18th December 2020
On the withholding of JIPMER internal seat results, the MCC said that it is also to be noted that the result for JIPMER Internal seats has not been declared in compliance with Order dated 16.12.2020 in W.P.No. 18903 of 2020 & W.P.No. 18908 of 2020 of the Hon'ble Madras High Court, wherein the Hon'ble Court has directed that "the counselling with regard to Jipmer Internal shall go on but the final counselling result should await the orders of the Court."
Therefore, the result for JIPMER Internal is subject to the outcome of the said Writ Petition filed before the Hon'ble Madras High Court, stated the notice released by the MCC.

The MCC had earlier issued a warning for all the NEET Counselling candidates seeking MBBS admissions this year that a fake allotment letter released in the name of MCC was being circulated all over social media. The MCC confirmed that no such letter has been issued under its authority.
The fake allotment letter on "applicant nomination form for central government nominee quota for getting admission to UG medical course in a medical institution under National Medical Commission Act 2019 " framed by some unscrupulous elements comprises the format of candidates' details, list of documents required, instructions, and declaration details.
