NEET Counselling 2021: MP DME issues notice on submission of Bond, Security Deposit, Details

Madhya Pradesh: Through a written notice, the Director of Medical Education has informed regarding submission of bond and deposit of caution money/ security deposit at the time of admission for NEET UG.

As per the notice, candidates from the 1st/ 2nd round of counselling who wish to opt for upgradation in subsequent round/rounds of counselling will have to furnish an affidavit on Rs 500 stamp paper. It has to address the Dean/ Principal of the institution.

In case of candidate not upgrading in subsequent round/rounds, will furnish rural service and seat leaving bond separately in the name of Dean in case of Government Medical / Dental colleges or Director Medical Education MP in case of Private Medical/ Dental colleges.

DME has further said that in this situation, the institute will take the security money/caution money from the candidates who are finally admitted only.

NEET-UG Counselling is being conducted for providing admissions to Medical and Dental Courses. Candidates who have qualified in NEET-UG scoring minimum cut-off marks can participate in the counselling process.

Candidates who are allotted seats in the first round of Madhya Pradesh MBBS and BDS Counselling should confirm their admission between 1st February 2022 till 7th February 2022. Reporting at allotted Medical / Dental college in person for document verification and admission should be done between 1st February 2022 and 7th February 2022 (up to 05:00 pm).

Candidates can opt for upgradation or seat cancellation through candidate log-in between 1st February 2022 till 7th February 2022 (12:00 am). The vacancy for the 2nd round will be published on 10th February 2022. Candidates who could not get admission in 1st round would be allowed Choice and Option filling for 2nd round. On 22nd January 2022, the merit list was published on the website.
