NEET PG 2020 Application form: MCC issues another clarification on Reset Button

New Delhi: Through a recent notification, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued another clarification on the facility of reset button for candidates who are appearing for NEET PG counselling 2020 Round 2 for admission to PG medical courses this academic session.

All the concerned candidates who are set to appear for Round 2 counselling can view the below-mentioned details of the said notice as uploaded by the MCC on its official website:

It is clarified that the facility for 'Reset Button' may be availed by only those candidates who wish to change/alter/add a type of Counselling i.e. All India/ Central/Deemed University for the Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling, 2020.
Such Candidates should RESET their registration and change/alter/add Counselling type by paying the requisite fee. The rest of the Candidates who do not wish to carry out the said changes may not avail the said facility and directly register with their existing log-in credentials.

It is again informed that the Candidates can avail the facility of 'Reset Button' only once.

The MCC had released the schedule for Round 2 of online counseling (Allotment Process) for NEET 50% AIQ, Deemed, Central Universities, AFMS (MD/MS/Diploma and MDS) seats 2020 academic session.

Transfer of Non-Reporting & Non Joining /Vacant seats of 50% All India PG Quota seats to State Quota (at 6:00 PM) 18th June 2020

Keeping in view the arduous situation due to COVID-19 outbreak, it has been decided by the Competent Authority to allow the Candidates who have joined their allotted college of Round 1 (both online/offline mode), to resign from their allotted seat by 5:00 p.m. of 1st June 2020 (Monday).

Colleges are also requested to E-mail the resignation letter to the candidates.

MCC is conducting the counseling for the following Institutions/Universities:-

a) 50% All India Quota seats of all states except J&K.

b) 100% seats (All India Quota seats + Institutional Quota seats) of Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University/ Banaras Hindu University/ University of Delhi/ Central Institutes as per eligibility conditions mentioned in Important Questions related to Scheme of Counselling duly uploaded on MCC website.

c) 100% seats of Deemed Universities.

d) 50% AIQ P.G seats of colleges under Employee State Insurance Corporation (wards of ESIC insured persons).

e) All P.G seats of Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions(only Registration part).

f) Central Institutes, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, ABVIMS & RML Hospital and ESIC Institute, PGIMSR, Basaidarapur(50% All India Quota seats, and 50% seats of I.P University).
