NEET PG Counselling: MCC notifies on registration for Mop up, stray vacancy rounds
New Delhi: Through a recent notification, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has clarified regarding the ongoing Registration Module for Mop Up Round of PG Counselling. The committee has also notified about the registration procedure for candidates to intend to participate in the start vacancy round directly.
On the ongoing registration module for mop up round counselling session, the MCC has clearly stated that it has come to its notice that some candidates who have become eligible to participate in PG counselling after lowered cut off are not able to register for CIP, Ranchi and Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi Regional Institute of Mental Health, Tezpur, Assam as they are not eligible for any of the Central Universities and do not want to register for Deemed Universities as well.
To facilitate such candidates an option of 'OTHERS' is being provided in the drop-down menu to select quota of participation so that they can register by paying fees applicable for All India Quota & Central Universities.
Also, the candidates who directly want to participate in Stray Vacancy Round of PG Counselling are advised to REGISTER in Mop Up Round of Counselling as there will be no Fresh Registration in Stray Vacancy Round of counseling.
