AIIMS to hold Special Stray Vacancy Round for 10 leftover seats of BSc Nursing Hons course, Check out schedule, Details

New Delhi : Through a recent notice, The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has informed about the Special Stray Vacancy Round for BSc Nursing Hons for Session-2021.

After 1st, 2nd and Open round seat allocation for B.SC. (HONS.) NURSING SESSION-2021, Ten (10) seats are remaining vacant. Therefore, Competent Authority has decided to conduct a Special Stray Vacancy Round for the Vacant 10 seats for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing session-2021 as online mode.

Seat Allocation for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing to be held in online mode as per following schedule: -

SEAT POSITION FOR SPECIAL STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR B.SC. (HONS.) NURSING FOR SESSION-2021:

(Number of seats may change at the time of online seat allocation)

Steps:

1. Candidates are required to login to their candidate dashboard and Special Stray Vacancy Round of seat allocation.

2. The link for the portal will be activated for eligible candidates on "MyPage" accessible by logging in using the credentials that have been used for filling Final Registration form and other processes related to AIIMS B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing Entrance Examination for session-2021 in www.aiimsexams.ac.in. 

3. On clicking the link, the eligible candidates will be directed to online B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing Seat allocation portal where the candidates will have to submit their willingness to participate in Special Stray Vacancy Round.

4. No Fresh Registration will be allowed for special Stary vacancy round however Candidate may upload their updated Documents i.e. Category Certificate, seat surrender letter etc.

5. Candidates who have been allocated any seat in open round are not eligible to participate irrespective of status of joining.

Process of online seat allocation:

• Candidate must enter willingness to Participation.

• No Fresh Registration will take place in Special Stray Vacancy Round. All Pre-registered candidates for OPEN round who are not holding any seat are eligible to participate.

• On the basis of choices already exercised by the candidate the Result of Special Stray Vacancy round seat allocation will be declared.

• The candidates will be mandatorily required to accept the allocated seat in Special Stray vacancy round of online seat allocation and report to deposit Original Documents and join the allotted AIIMS on dates as specified above.

• Candidates who fails to report/join the allotted AIIMS will be liable to fill penalty of Rs. 25000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) and security deposit of these candidate will not be refunded.

Important Points:-

• Number of seats may change at the time of online seat allocation.

• The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per rank/merit of candidates in the entrance examination and rest of the terms and conditions/ eligibility as mentioned in the prospectus for Session-2021 are remains same.

• The candidate who were allotted a seat will be required to produce following Original Certificates :

- Admit Card issued by AIIMS

- Open round Registration Slip

- Offer Letter

- Seat allocation letter

- Certificate from the Board showing her date of birth. (10th Passing Certificate)

- Certificate in proof of passing the 12th class under 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination/Intermediate Science or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board.

- Mark-sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. 12th class under 10+2 scheme/Intermediate Science or any equivalent examination Certificate in proof of having secured 55% or more marks (50% in case of SC/ST) in aggregate in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology).

- Migration Certificate

- The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable :

SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate* (issued by the Competent Authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC/EWS certificate should be same as uploaded at the time of Open round Registration, AIIMS, New Delhi within due dates.

Note : OBC/EWS certificate* should be issued by the competent Authority for Central Govt. Jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub caste should tally with the central List of OBC. OBC Certificate must be in the Central Govt. format as prescribed in the prospectus. OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer.

*The validity of OBC/EWS certificates as under :

- Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.

- Self attested one set photocopy of above certificates.

• Those candidates who are found not eligible for OBC/EWS seat on the basis of verification of respective certificates, shall be treated as UR if their rank is within the cut-off rank for UR merit list, or will not be considered to be in this list of rank is beyond the cut-off rank for UR Merit list.

• Seat allocation for first UR seat allocation will be done and after UR seat allocation is over, EWS seat allocation will be done followed by OBC/SC/ST seat allocation.

• If any EWS seat remain vacant after seat allocation for EWS seat, all vacant seats will be transferred to UR category and will be offered to UR candidates on merit.

• If any OBC seat remain vacant after seat allocation for OBC seat, all vacant seats will be transferred to UR category and will be offered to UR candidates on merit.

• IN case of SC/ST seat allocation, if any SC seats(s) remain vacant, these will be transferred to ST and vice versa. All SC/ST seats which remain vacant after such transfers will also be transferred to UR Category and will be offered to UR candidates strictly on merit.

IMPORTANT : 

The claim to allocated Seat by candidate is subject to mandatory reporting & joining at respective Institute by 17.05.2022 upto 4.00 PM and verification of the original documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature.
