Tamil Nadu: The mop-up round of counseling has begun for Diploma in Nursing courses, announced Director of Medical Education (DME Tamil Nadu). The vacancy position has also been released.

Detailed schedule –

1. Registration/ Payment/ Choice filling & Locking – till 27-11-2022 up to 05.00 pm (RANK - 001 to 7127, MARK - 96.75 to 62.00)

2. Final Result - 28-11-2022

3. Download of Provisional Allotment Order - 28-11-2022

4. Reporting Date & Time On or before 30-11-2022 up to 05.00 pm

Instruction –

1. Since this is the final phase of counseling, the candidates who have been allotted and joined in Govt. Medical Colleges/Institutions in Rounds 1 & 2 cannot participate in this online counseling.

2. The candidates who have participated in Rounds 1 and 2 but have not been allotted/not joined in Govt. Medical Colleges/Institutions and not participated in previous rounds of online counseling can participate in this online counseling.

3. The candidates who have already registered for the first and second phases of online counseling and paid Rs.250 as the Registration fee need not pay again.

4. The candidates who register for the 1st time should pay Rs.250 as registration fees online as a processing fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

5. Candidates should be careful during choice filling.

6. Admission to Diploma in Nursing courses shall be made by online counseling based on rank by applying the rule of reservation.

7. Once the candidate locks her choice during the online counseling, it cannot be changed later. Request for a college change from one to another is not permitted after an option has been exercised.

8. The Candidate selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned college that she is liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts, mis- Page 3 of 3 interpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

9. The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on or before the stipulated date and time.

10. The candidates should produce their original certificates in person when joining their selected Colleges, along with a photocopy of the original certificates to the concerned Colleges.

11. If the candidates do not report to the Head of the Institution to which they are allotted on or before the time and date specified, their selection and/or admission will be canceled without any further notice.

73 seats are allotted for the mop up round for DIP. In Nursing (Science). The detailed seat matrix is enclosed in the notice below.
