Dr YSR University of Health Sciences Issues Notice On Second Phase Counselling Web Options For Post Basic BSc Nursing Admissions, Details
Vijayawada: Dr YSR University of Health Sciences has issued notification for exercising web options for the second Phase of web-based counselling for admission into Post Basic B.Sc(Nursing)- 2YD Course under Competent Authority Quota seats for the academic year 2022-23.
The allotment of seats of second phase web counseling for admission into Post Basic B.Sc.(N) 2yd course for the academic year 2022-23 are released on 19-11-2022 and the list of selected candidates is displayed on the website. http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in. The selected candidates are informed to report to the allotted college on or before 04.00 PM on 24-11-2022.
Post Basic Nursing 2022-23-CQ-Phase II- Non Service-College wise allotments
All the Principals are informed to:
a. Admit the candidates with "ALLOTMENT ORDER" copy only.
b. Admit the allotted candidates with the copy of the custodian certificate issued by the earlier college and inform the candidate by giving time to collect the original certificates from the previous college and to submit at the present college.
c. Return the original certificates and entire fee paid to the candidates who slides from previous college to other college in this phase of counseling.
d. Before admitting the allotted candidate verify the name in the selected candidates list and also eligibility as per rules, which were communicated in the reference 1st cited.
Post Basic Nursing 2022-23-CQ-Phase II- Service-College wise allotments
e. Verify the list of allotted candidates in the 2nd phase of counseling which was displayed on the University website and also on reporting portal. Inform those candidates, who were admitted in earlier phase counseling in one college and now slided to other college, to report to the newly allotted college immediately by returning their original certificates and entire fee. Shall not continue any candidate who is not in the list of selected candidates in this phase of counseling. Any lapse in this regard will be viewed seriously.
f. Reporting is not required again in respect of candidates admitted in earlier phase and again allotted same college in 2nd phase counseling due to change of seat category.
g. Principal has to correctly mark either Reported or Not Reported for all the candidates irrespective of Phase of allotment before freezing the data.
h. Freeze the reported/ not reported data on the link: https://ugpostbasic.ntruhsadmissions.com/ugpb_principal/ by 06.00 P.M on 24.11.2022 without fail and the freezed report should also be emailed to ugadmissions.nursing@gmail.com.
ANNEXURE
The following original certificates to be verified and collected at the time of admission.
1. Original allotment order
2. Provisional verification form
3. SSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of Birth
4. Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent examination
5. GNM Original Diploma Course Certificate and GNM 3 Years / Consolidated Marks Memo
6. GNM Registration Certificate
7. Transfer certificate (T.C)
8. Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to Intermediate
9. GNM Study Certificates
10. Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate)
11. Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Copy of White Ration card
12. Special Category certificates if applicable i.e. (PwD)
13. Local status certificate (Migration)
14. Service Certificate – Regularization / Probation declaration order.
