KNRUHS Notifies on Web-Options For Mop-Up Phase Counseling for MSc Nursing Courses

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has notified about exercising web options for the mop-up phase of counseling into MSc Nursing courses in affiliated colleges. The seat matrix for the same has also been released.

All the eligible candidates can exercise web options up to 6.00 P.M. on 18-11-2023 through the website mentioned in the notice below, subject to the following condition –

Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling and who did not join the course/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible to exercise web-options.

Eligible candidates can exercise web options in all the Colleges as per their priority. There is no limit to the number of web options. They have to exercise web options for the courses and colleges in which they are interested to join. If they are not interested to join in a course/college, they should not exercise web options for the same.

Candidates must exercise web options for seats in all courses/ colleges in which they are interested in joining, irrespective of available vacant seats shown in the seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during the counseling process due to the sliding of candidates from allotted seats in the previous phase of counseling to other seats as per their web options in the Mop Up phase of counseling.

One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web options after saving Options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.

Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are directed to log in to check their allotment status on the website mentioned in the notice below without fail.

The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using the online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of their respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and candidates will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent phases of counseling.

If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling as per the priority of web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counseling, the seat allotted in the previous phase of counseling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore, candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.

If the candidate slides to other colleges during the mop-up phase of counseling, the candidate has to get relieved from the previous phase of joining the college, collect all original certificate fees and report to the allotted college of the mop-up phase before the last date of joining.

If the candidates are allotted a seat as per their options and does not join the course, they will not be eligible for admission in the subsequent phase of counseling.

The final verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Admission Committee at the allotted college, and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course.

University fee –

Allotted Candidates have to pay a University fee of Rs. 10000 through a payment Gateway by using an Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid the University fee in the previous phases need not pay the fee again. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
