Maha CET Cell Announces institutional-level round Counseling Schedule For Bsc Nursing Course
Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has announced the counselling schedule for the BSc Nursing course for 2022-23. The schedule has been released for institutional-level rounds for private unaided/minority and online stray vacancy round for vacant seats after the mop-up rounds and newly permitted colleges. The list of newly added colleges for the online stray vacancy rounds has also been released.

Institutional level round for private unaided/minority –
The Admitting College must verify the eligibility of PCB Marks in HSC as per the Information Brochure. For this round, eligible and interested candidates should approach the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within the prescribed time and apply for State Quota in person or any person. One form per person will be accepted. Such applications should not be submitted in the State CET Cell in person or by email.
At the time of admission during an institutional round, the candidate should submit all their original documents and requisite fees in the form of a DD/Cheque during the prescribed time limit. If they cannot submit DD due to Bank Holiday, they may pay the fees by Cheque and replace the same on the following Bank working day. The candidate's sole responsibility is to submit all his original documents and requisite fees at the time of admission.
The admission process should be completed before the cut-off date prescribed for each course that the respective Central Council and Competent Authority declare from time to time. All admissions are subject to the approval of the Admissions Regulating Authority after the cut-off date. The College should upload the information about the admitted candidates in the College Feedback Module of the State CET Cell.
The seats remaining vacant in Private Unaided/Minority Nursing Institute after completion of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) is going to surrender respective institute and filled at Institutional Level Round.
Online stray vacancy round –
Candidates willing to opt for the new Nursing college should fill in the choice by login into the account. They can only add the new college to their already submitted preferences; no other addition or deletion of preferences is allowed. The added college will appear at the end of the list. Candidate can shift the college to desired Sr. No of preference by using the up & down arrow key given ahead of the preference. The candidate will set the newly added college code to the desired Sr. No of preference. No change will be permitted after the last date of submission.
Candidates who have already joined the allotted mop-up round college should fill in/set the preference above the allotted college. Such candidates will be considered only for this college. They will not be considered for any other college on their preference list. Those who have not reported to the allotted college for the mop-up round can also fill in choices for this college. However, such candidates will be considered only for this college. They will not be considered for any other college.
Candidates who have joined and filled the Status Retention Form (SRF) during the mop-up round and now wish to cancel the SRF and fill in their preference for this college can log into the account. However, such candidates will be considered only for this college. They will not be considered for any other college. If they do not fill in the new preference, their Retention Status will not be cancelled.
Candidates not allotted any college up to the mop-up round can also add a choice for this college in their previously filled preference form. Such candidates can set this college to the desired Sr. No. by using the up & down arrow keys given ahead of the preference. They will be considered for allotment as per the updated preferences.
The filling of preferences for this college is not compulsory, and only candidates desirous of opting for these colleges should fill out the choice.
Newly added colleges –
Shri Sai Institute of Nursing & Medical Science (B.Sc.Nursing), Gadchiroli, has been newly added for an online stray vacancy round with an intake capacity of 60 seats. The seats in the following new college will be allotted only after permission from the Central Council, Government of Maharashtra & MUHS, Nashik.
