The link for the portal will be activated for eligible candidates on "MyPage" accessible by logging in using the credentials that have been used for filling Final Registration form and other processes related to M. Sc Nursing Entrance Examination for 2020 session in www.aiimsexams.org.

ELIGIBILITY
All the candidates who have been listed in the Result Notification No.53/2020 dated 19.06.2020 and found eligible after verification of OBC(NCL)/EWS certificates will be eligible to participate in the 1st Round of the Online Seat Allocation and participation is subject to information & rules prescribed in the said result notification regarding eligibility.
PROCEDURE:
1. The eligible candidates will have to log in to their MyPage for M. Sc Nursing Online Seat Allocation. The link for the portal will be activated for eligible candidates in the MyPage accessible by logging in using the credential that they have used for filling the application form and other processes related to AIIMS M. Sc Nursing entrance examination for 2020 session.
2. The M. Sc Nursing Online Seat Allocation portal will allow candidates to make choices of seats (a combination of AIIMS and subject/speciality) and arrange them in the desired order. The candidates can make any number of choices, can edit the choices and reorder the choices within the date and the time specified in the Important Dates link in the Portal.
3. The Portal will be opened for dates specified in the Important Dates link in the Portal. The choices made by the candidate will be locked either by the candidate OR automatically on the last Date and Time specified in the Important Dates link in the Portal.
4. The seat allocation will be done in order of merit and according to choices made by the candidates as described in point no 2. The order of seat allocation will be
UR/ST/SC/OBC/EWS
as per the prospectus. When a reserved candidate who is in the combined merit list is being allocated a seat, a higher preference seat, if available in the concerned reserved category, will automatically be allocated. If a subject being allocated as per choice by such a candidate is simultaneously available both in the unreserved and reserved category at the time of allocation of his/her rank, then the unreserved seat will be allocated. The allocation of seats in the reserved category will be done only after the allocation of seats in the unreserved category.
5. The seat allocation in the 1st Round will be done as per schedule specified in the Important Dates link.
6. All the candidates who have been allocated seats in the 1st Round are required to login to their MyPage and actively choose one of the following options within date and time specified in the Important Dates link:
Option 1. ACCEPT allotted seat and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Seat Allocation
Option 2. ACCEPT allotted seat and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 2nd ROUND of Seat Allocation [if You choose option-2 and participate in next round and you are allocated another seat as per your choice in next round, then you will have to join the seat allocated during next round and vacate the previously allocated seat. The vacated seat shall be automatically allocated to other candidates in order of merit. Failure to join the upgraded seat in next round of seat allocation shall lead to impositions of the penalty of Rs. 1.00 Lakh if you do not join upgraded seat.]
Options to REFUSE the allocated seats is NOT available. Therefore, the candidates are requested to fill the choices carefully and responsibly in the choice filling stage. Candidate himself/herself shall be responsible for their choices.
Failure to log in and selecting an option after seat allocation within date and the time specified in the Important Dates link will lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat and render you ineligible for 2 nd round.
7. All the candidates who are allocated seats are mandatorily required(irrespective of whether they choose in Option 1 and 2 as mentioned in point no. 6) to report in-person (for reporting and/or joining) or through an authorized representative(for reporting), preferably to allocated AIIMS for reporting and joining or any of the Seven AIIMS (New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh)for reporting within the date and times specified in the Important Dates link. The candidates/authorized representatives are required to deposit original certificates/Demand Draft of Rs. 1.00 Lakh as specified in result notification of the seat allocation of the 1st Round of online seat allocation at the time of reporting.
Candidates who have chosen Option 1 and Option 2 and wish to make online payments instead of depositing Demand Draft, the following procedure is to be followed:
a. Instead of Demand Draft, the candidates can deposit the amount of 1 lakh through electronic fund transfer in the Account given below

The self-attested scanned copies of the required certificates should also be attached.
8. Candidates availing constitutional reservation in the 1st Round must show valid proof of their claim for reserved seat at allocated AIIMS when they are depositing original certificates/Demand Draft of Rupees 1.00 Lakhs. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated in 1st Round will be nullified, and they will be eligible to appear in the 2 nd Round as UR candidate subject to cut off in UR merit list provided they deposit the original certificates/Demand Draft at the allocated AIIMS. The OBC/EWS certificate must be
valid for admission in Central Govt. Institution
. The validity of OBC/EWS certified shall be as per Prospectus and Result Notification No.53/2020 dated 19.06.2020.
9. Candidates availing PWBD horizontal reservation in the 1st Round must show valid proof of their claim for a reserved seat at allocated AIIMS when they are depositing original certificates/Demand Draft of Rupees 1.00 Lakhs. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated in 1st Round will be nullified, and they will be eligible to appear in the 2nd Round as
UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS
candidate in their respective category as applicable without PWBD reservation provided they have deposited the original certificates/Demand Draft at the allocated AIIMS& is subject to cut off in respective category.
10.All disputes pertaining to the conduct of the examination by AIIMS and Online Seat Allocation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Delhi only.
11. The 2nd round will be initiated after completion of the 1st round. Exercising of Choices will be not be opened for 2nd Round of Seat allocation and Choices selected in choice filling Round will be considered for 2nd Round.

Online M.Sc Nursing Seat Allocation / Counselling Process
Only the eligible candidates (Result Notification No.53/2020 dated 19.06.2020)will be able to exercise their choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) for online M.Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling allocation.
The link to access the online M.Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling allocation portal will be activated in the MyPage. Link for the online M.Sc Nursing Seat allocation process
On clicking the link, the eligible candidates will be directed to online M. Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling allocation process where the candidates will have to Login for online counselling and reconfirm Registration ID & password as used for online application for examination.
Once registered, the candidate will be able to login to the online M. Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling allocation portal and begin the process of making choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) and order the choices. The online M. Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling allocation portal will remain open for date and time specified in the Important Dates link.
Making Choices
The choices can only be made after you have logged in using the Candidate ID & password. On logging in, confirm your name and Registration ID. Click on
Make Choice
button to proceed to exercise choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) and their order. To add a choice, choose the AIIMS and the subject/speciality from the two separate drop-down menus and Click Add choice. To remove a choice, click on Delete button against that Choice (AIIMS and subject/speciality). Click on the Save button to save the choices of AIIMS and subject/speciality and their order.
The default order of your choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) will be the order in which you add choice (AIIMS and subject/speciality). To reorder your choices, use up and down arrows OR Drag and Drop the choice (AIIMS and subject/speciality) to the appropriate position in the list.
Candidates can make choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality), edit or reorder them as many times they wish UNLESS they have already submitted and locked the choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) OR last date and time for that Round is over. The candidate must save the choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) in case they wish to add/delete/reorder them at a later time point (before the last date and time for that Round).
Submitting and Locking Choices
The candidate should click on the Submit and Lock Choices tab and tick the checkbox I accept the declaration and click on the submit and Lock choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality). Note that you will be prompted twice to reconsider and after you have submitted and locked your choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality), you cannot change it for any Round.
In case the candidate has made and saved choices but could not submit and Lock choices, the last saved choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) and their order will be automatically considered as submitted and locked choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality).
Viewing and Printing the Choices after submission
The candidate can view the choices submitted and locked by them by clicking on the View choices button after logging in the online M. Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling allocation portal. Click Print button to take a printout.

The online M. Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling will be done in following steps for 1st Round:

2. How do I access the Online M. Sc Nursing Seat allocation / counselling portal?
Please visit www.aiimsexams.org and enter through the Academic/MSc (Nursing) tab.
The link for M.Sc Nursing Online Seat allocation portal will be available on the MyPage after logging in using Registration ID and password that you have been using for filling Final Registration form and other processes related to AIIMS M. Sc Nursing Entrance Examination-2020 session. The link for M. Sc Nursing Online Seat allocation will be activated only for those who are eligible for the Online M. Sc Nursing counselling as per Result Notification No. 53/2020 dated 19.06.2020 and found eligible after verification of OBC(NCL)/EWS certification.
The first-time users will have to Register themselves and reconfirm Registration ID& Password for logging in and making choices. You must maintain password to access link in MyPage and Choice matrix.
3. I have forgotten my passwords/ how do I retrieve them?
There is one password that you are required to maintain. The password is required to log in to access MyPage and link for M.Sc Nursing Online Seat Allocation / Counselling portal and it can be retrieved by clicking Forgot your login details button. The same password is required to access the M.Sc Nursing Online Counselling/Seat Allocation portal and it can be retrieved by clicking on the Forgot your login details button. The password will be sent only to your registered e-mail.
4. How do I make choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality)?
The choices can only be made after you have registered and logged in using the password for the M.Sc Nursing Online Seat Allocation / Counselling portal. On logging in, confirm your name and Registration ID. Click on Make Choice button to proceed to exercise choices and their order. To add a choice, choose the AIIMS and the subject/speciality from the two separate drop-down menus and Click Add choice. The choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) can be edited (add/delete/reorder) ONLY if you have NOT submitted and locked your choice and before the last date and time for choice filling.
11. Can I change the choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) and their order after I have submitted and locked my choices for that Round?
No, once you have submitted and locked your choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality), they cannot be changed even if it is before the last date and time of submission for of choice filling.
12. Can I change the choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) for next Round?
No, you cannot change the choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) for any further round after you have submitted & locked your choices (AIIMS and subject/speciality) or closing date & time of choice filling whichever is earlier.
13. Can I view the choice that I have submitted and locked?
Yes, click View choices button after logging in the Online M. Sc Nursing counselling/Seat allocation portal. You are advised to take printout of the same.
14. What is meant by Active Acceptance or Active Decline/Refusal of the allocated seat in the 1st Round?
If you have been allocated a seat in 1st Round of M. Sc Nursing Online Seat allocation / counselling, then you are required to login within date and time specified in the Important dates link and select one of the following options:
Option 1. ACCEPT allotted seat and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Seat Allocation
Option 2. ACCEPT allotted seat and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 2nd ROUND of Seat Allocation
Failure to login and selecting an option within date and time specified in the Important Date link will lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat and render you ineligible for next round.
15. What happens if I am allocated seat and I do not login and select any of options mentioned in FAQ no 14.
It is mandatory to login after results of online seat allocation and if you do not login and actively select any of the options mentioned in the answers to the FAQ no. 14, then your candidature will be nullified, and you will not be eligible for next Round Counselling. It is advisable to make these choices as soon as possible within the dates mentioned in the Important Date link.
16. If I have further queries, what should I do?
If have queries that are not addressed in the FAQs, then you are requested to send your query by email to aiims.msccounselling@gmail.com using your registered email id. Kindly mention your Registration ID for quick response to your query.
17. Can I change my choices in 2nd Round of Counselling?
No, Choices filled in the beginning of counselling and order of preference cannot be changed at later stage after submitted & Lock choices or closing date & time of choice filling whichever is earlier.
18. What is procedure of 2nd Round or Subsequent Round if any after 1st Round of seat allocation?
There will be two round of seat allocation 1st and 2nd Round. See the information brochure of seat allocation for detailed information. Choices filled in the begging before 1 st Round of Seat allocation will be considered for 2nd Round of counselling. Choices cannot be reordered/edited/changed for 2nd Round of Seat allocation.
