The Health Medical and Family Welfare Department under the Government of Telangana issued a mandate for all private unaided non-minority/minority medical and dental colleges in the state. According to the directive, tuition fees must be paid annually, and students admitted before the academic year 2023-24 will maintain the same fee rate until course completion. Institutions are required to collect annual tuition fees in advance, either as a lump sum or in instalments. The management can request a Bank Guarantee for the next academic year's tuition fee. Additionally, capitation fees are prohibited, and generated surpluses should benefit the institution. Stipends for students must align with government regulations.

Admissions in postgraduate medical and dental courses for this year are being made under 3 categories i.e. Category A for convenor quota, Category B for Management Quota and Category C for NRI students.
