A unique ID will be generated for each student at the time of admission, and all records about the students will be available in this software. The students themselves can access their complete records/information related to their progress/exams/fees etc. The particular information the student wants will automatically be sent to the concerned student via email/SMS. The payments for admission, examination & other purposes can be paid online using this software.

Further, this software was developed in-house under the guidance of Prof. G.D. Puri, Ex-Dean (Academic), Prof. R. Sehgal, Dean (Academic), Prof. S.S. Pandav (Incharge Computer Section), Mr. Lal Bahadur & Om Prakash (Computer Programmers of the Institute), Sh. Ummed Mathur, Registrar, and the entire team of the Academic Section.

This facility will be linked up with the Digi-locker so that the students can easily access their documents/certificates about their academic credentials, which will be reflected on the software in the next phase.

This is the first time software has been developed/launched to facilitate the students and their academic activities for AIIMS-like institutes nationwide. The institute also plans to make a specific mobile-based application for the residents/students to use easily. This software will also have the potential for wider applications in other AIIMS like Institute.
