RIMS Imphal invites applications for MPhil In Clinical Psychology, Check out details
Imphal: Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS Imphal) has invited applications for admission into M.Phil. Course in Clinical Psychology for the academic session 2022 under Manipur University.
The candidates can apply till 23 June 2022, 4:00 pm. The admission will be conducted through the entrance exam, held on 26 June 2022, 10:00 am to 11.30 am. The venue will be Exam. Hall, RIMS, Imphal. There will be 1 paper of 1 and a half hours duration with Multiple Choice Questions. The results will be declared in the order of merit.
6 seats are available for the M.Phil Course in Clinical Psychology, and the course duration is 2 years. The candidates can download the application form at the Institute's website-www.rims.edu.in. The candidates must go through the information bulletin available on the website. The duly filled out form may be submitted to the Academic Section, RIMS, Imphal, or by email to dean.rims.imphal@gmail.com.
The candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.2000 when submitting the form. The receipt of the payment has to be submitted along with the application form. The bank details are mentioned in the notice below. Candidates can also collect the application form from the Academic Section, RIMS, Imphal.
Eligibility criteria -
Any candidate residing in the beneficiary NE states of RIMS, Imphal, and holding MA/M.Sc. Degree in the subject of Psychology from a recognized University, preferably with a special paper in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 55% marks (UR) and 50% (other categories) in aggregate, can apply.
Non-eligibility criteria -
Candidates with MA/M.Sc. Degree through correspondence, part-time courses, or distance education programs are not eligible.
The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences was established on 14 September 1972. It is situated in a locality at Lamphelpat in Manipur. It is run by the "North Eastern Regional Medical College Society," duly registered under the Manipur Societies Registration Act, 1989.
