Pimpri-Chinchwad: In a shocking incident, a 29-year-old Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) doctor allegedly died by suicide after jumping from the terrace of an under-construction 24-storey building in the Ravet area of Pimpri-Chinchwad on Friday morning, police said.
According to reports, the deceased was a native of Maharashtra's Latur district. She had been residing in a rented apartment in Ravet, which was attached to a hospital where she had previously worked. Police said she was not practising medicine at the time of her death.
