Doctor Dies on Spot after High-Speed Crash on Ludhiana-Foerozapur Road
Ludhiana: In a tragic accident near the Verka Milk Plant on Ludhiana-Ferozepur Road, a 31-year-old doctor lost his life on Saturday morning after his car collided with a bike and a car, before overturning.
The deceased has been identified as a resident of Sector 39, Chandigarh Road. The fatal crash occurred around 9:00 am while the doctor was on his way to Jagraon in his Hyundai Creta. According to Sarabha Nagar police, the sequence of events began when the doctor’s vehicle hit a two-wheeler, after which it rammed into a Maruti Swift car registered in Haryana. The impact caused the Creta to overturn, leaving the vehicle badly mangled.
Passersby rushed to the scene and pulled the doctor out of the mangled wreckage. However, he had already succumbed to severe injuries, particularly to the head.
