Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) has accused a doctor from a private medical college of issuing a wrong death report in the case of a Class IX tribal student who died at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) in Bhubaneswar.
OSCPCR chairperson Babita Patra said the commission has written to the state government demanding strict action against the doctor who certified the cause of death.
