Radiologist accuses Meerut Medical College doctor of sexual abuse, files complaint

Meerut: A radiologist from Mumbai has accused a junior doctor of Meerut Medical College in Uttar Pradesh of raping her under the pretext of marriage. She alleged that after sexually abusing her, the doctor refused to marry her.

On Friday, the victim reached Nauchandi police station and filed a complaint against the doctor.

In her complaint, she stated that one of his relatives is a junior doctor at Meerut Medical College. She claimed that they knew each other well and remained in contact via phone.

The radiologist then stated that the doctor sexually harassed her multiple times on the promise of marriage. She added that the doctor took her to various hotels in the city, where he sexually harassed her. She further alleged that the doctor clicked her pictures too, reports Times Now.

Subsequently, the radiologist filed a complaint with the Nauchandi police station against the doctor on Friday.
