SIMS hospital Chennai launches Hello Doctor Program

Chennai: SIMS Hospital, one of the leading best hospitals in Chennai from the house of SRM Group, today announced the launch of Hello Doctor – 20012001 in the presence of the Chief Guest Thiru Ma. Subramaniam, Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu along with Dr. J. Radhakrishnan IAS., Principal Secretary Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu, and Dr. Ravi Pachamuthu, Chairman of SRM Group.

Providing both home healthcare services as well as acute hospital care at home, Hello Doctor – 20012001 is designed specially to provide continuous SIMS' hospital-level health care in the comfort of their homes to the residents of Chennai with proper monitoring and treatment protocols, supplemented with virtual care. While the program is launched to serve mainly elderly patients and children, the treatment for more than 50 different acute conditions, such as asthma, chronic heart failure, pneumonia and lung disease, can be treated appropriately and safely in home settings with timely in-person care from a team led by a doctor or nurse practitioner.

Commenting on the launch Thiru Ma. In addition to being helpful to the senior citizens, I am confident that Hello Doctor-20012001 will play a critical role in treating more than 50 acute conditions safely in home settings with proper treatment protocols."
