As per the latest media report by Hindustan Times, the Registrar of the Council of Haryana Indian Medicine, Dr. Dinesh Sharma had lodged a complaint in December 2022 in this regard. In his complained, Dr. Sharma had submitted that back in August 2022 and October 2022, he had received two letters from the Hisar drugs control officer for the purpose of verifying a registration certificate issued by the Council in April 2022. After checking the certificate, it was found to be fake and bogus.

Dr. Sharma had further alleged that Mahender had informed them that around five to six years back, his son had applied for NEET entrance test. Mahender had allegedly informed the Council in a Statement that Dr Bansal from Chandigarh had contacted and assured him that they could ensure that his son gets his BAMS done from Haryana State and they would prepare an original certificate for the same.
