Therefore, in their final appeal, the resident doctors demanded the authorities to release all pending stipends within 48 hours without any further delay, establish a transparent payment mechanism to prevent future delays, issue a written commitment regarding timely stipend disbursement moving forward.

Announcing their decision to initiate an indefinite strike if their demands are not met, the doctors mentioned in the letter, "We regret to inform you that if no concrete action is initiated within the stipulated 48-hour period, the resident doctors of GMC Ambernath will be left with no option but to proceed with complete withdrawal of nonessential services (strike). The responsibility for any consequent disruption in healthcare services will solely lie with the administration. We sincerely hope this extreme step can be avoided through your prompt intervention.
