The video shows the health officer giving a massage to the doctor from behind while the latter records the video. However, when the health officer asks the doctor to not record the video, the latter refuses to do so.

A few of their personal pictures are also going viral on social media. They are reported to be married to other people and were having a relationship during duty hours, as per a media report in Odisha TV

The medical officer, who is the PHC-in charge has disappeared since the video went viral on social media. The videos and photos are reportedly captured on different dates using the same camera.

After the video went viral, the civil surgeon took cognizance of the issue and sought answers from both professionals.
