According to DT Next, Ganja Karuppu arrived at the hospital around 10 am and as there were no doctors on duty, he staged a protest in the hospital premises for some time.

In a social media post on X, a user reports that Actor Kanja Karuppu has accused the Porur Greater Chennai Corporation’s urban community health hospital of not having any doctors available. He also stated that an elderly woman, who was in a life-threatening condition, had to be transferred to another hospital. This led to an argument between Kanja Karuppu and the hospital staff.

Frustrated with the situation and concerned for the well-being of the patients, the actor decided to take matters into his own hands and raised his voice against the apparent negligence. His demonstration brought attention to the struggles of ordinary people who rely on government hospitals for their healthcare needs.
