ASG Eye Hospitals acquires two new hospitals in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh
New Delhi: ASG Eye Hospitals, the national leader in quality eye care recently announced partnerships with two leading eye hospitals – Kapil Eye Hospital in Ambala, Haryana and Garg Ophthalmic Centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Taking its domestic footprint to 50 world-class eye hospitals, the acquisition is ASG's 9th of the year, and it marks the Company's entry into Haryana and expansion of its footprint in Uttar Pradesh.

Following its successful fundraising of INR 1500 cr. in July 2022 from General Atlantic and Kedaara Capital, ASG is accelerating its doctor-led mission to enhance the quality of care, deliver eye care for all and improve quality of life across India.
Dr Arun Singhvi, Chairman and Managing Director, ASG Hospital Pvt. Ltd.
